BRIAN HARATSIS
Our Chairman and CEO, Brian Haratsis, is one of Australia’s foremost property experts, having delivered hundreds of major projects ranging from major greenfield developments such as South Campbelltown (12,000 lots and three retail centres) to mega-projects such as Eureka Tower and the QV in Melbourne.
Brian served as the sole economist on the committee that formulated Plan Melbourne, Melbourne's official city plan. This led to his appointment on the Victorian Planning Authority board and later, as Chief Economist for Plan Melbourne Refresh, which modernized the city plan.
Recognizing a gap in information about future land investment potential, Brian embarked on mapping economic, demographic, environmental, and planning trends. This led to the creation of LandLeader, where he now offers investors access to high-potential land opportunities.
